If water is escaping right now.
Make it safe first, then call us. These steps help in most homes.
- Turn off the water at your stop tap, usually under the kitchen sink or where the supply enters the house. Turn it clockwise.
- Open the cold taps to drain the pipes, and turn off the immersion heater if you have a hot water tank.
- If water is near electrics, turn the power off at the consumer unit only if you can reach it safely. Otherwise stay clear.
- Put a bucket under any drips, move anything valuable out of the way and photograph the damage for your insurer.

I honestly do not know where to start. I called Glen out to a emergency on a Saturday night, with my ceiling Bowing due to a leak. Glen arrived quickly, and sorted the issue as best as he could until he returned within 2 days. I have now had a full shower replacing with tray, screen and shower itself. Along with the help from Paul( tiler). Glen is a very tidy workman, polite and arrives on time and keeps in good contact with you until the job is complete. He has gone above and beyond to help me after I lost all faith in plumbers( due to having several let downs in the past and bring ripped off)! I have also had a brand new bath fitted in my bathroom. Immediate call back to my initial enquiry, followed by an offer to visit earlier than expected that same morning to sort out a baffling leak. It was soon traced to a leaking pipe within the wall behind a cupboard and despite the difficult access, efficiently located and repaired within a few hours.
